Hello Everyone!! This past week at work was a really stressful one (most of you already know that), and I needed a break. I decided to take a yoga class. It was really awesome. I wasn't sure I would enjoy it because I don't like being in a class, or exercising. There isn't much to yoga that makes me think "I want to sweat and be really sore tomorrow". It just seems like alot of work. Anyway, someone told me it was more about breathing. So I decided to try it. They were right, it is all about breathing. It was dark and warm in the class with about 9 people. I was actually relaxed. If the pose was to hard, I could just lay down and close my eyes and breath. I left feeling relaxed and all my frustrations were gone. So me, Michelle, is for once able to tell people to try something with some exercise. I wasn't even sore but I went to work a little happier today.
Karie, Reed, and baby Reynolds are here to visit! I am so excited. We already had dinner and everyone is winding down for the night. That only means that Karie and I are getting geared up for a few more hours of talking without the guys around. I'll blog more with pictures later!!!
